This is a replacement latch type upper hook for Next-Gen Lodestar Large Frame Models R & RR. This item includes only the hook. For Next-Gen series R & RR hoists, use part number 3660NH for a Swivel Suspension or 3658NH for a Rigid Hook. If you are looking for a Latchlok type hook, select part number 36680.
